Work with sushi and small plates
By observing the selection of hand-formed sushi and à la carte dishes, you can learn about freshness, presentation, and timing. A love of food becomes a real strength in this work.
About Our Positions
When guests gather around sushi, Japanese sake, and tempura, efficient service and a warm word make all the difference. As a team, we serve drinks and dishes that make customers want to drop in casually—and come back again.
In our restaurant, equipped with tatami seating, table seating, and a sushi counter, we accommodate everyone from solo diners to families with children. We welcome both those who want to build on their food-service experience and those who would like to learn the work as they go.
What makes the work rewarding
Rather than being limited to one station, you will learn how the entire restaurant operates through food, sake, and table service. Even during busy periods, we communicate with one another and stay focused on the customers in front of us.

As you work with our wide selection of Japanese sake, you will naturally become more familiar with pairing it with food. You can start at your own pace, beginning with learning the names of the sake.
From enjoying a drink alone at the counter to dining at a table or gathering in a tatami room, we accommodate a wide range of occasions. We continually pay close attention to each guest's needs.
What It's Like to Work Here
Every task, from food preparation and confirming orders to serving and clearing tables, is connected. The busier it gets, the more closely we communicate with our teammates and anticipate what needs to be done next.
At the sushi counter, you can see up close the expressions of guests looking forward to their meals. We carefully teach newcomers how to do the job and help them gradually expand what they can do.
